Return Policy
EXCHANGES
While we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy to exchange your unworn jewelry. Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
FINAL SALE items such as earrings, custom pieces, engraved items, sale orders or order placed with a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@shop99archives.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with a return label to use for your return package. All items eligible for exchange must be returned with the original packing slip that’s included with your order.
Once we receive your return package, we will process your exchange as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed. Customer is required to cover the shipping costs for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped back to you.
PLEASE NOTE: after your order is placed, we do not expect cancellations under any circumstances.
